These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User") and d111 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the d111 website, account services, gaming products, promotional offers, and payment facilities. By accessing any part of the d111 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Full Platform Agreement
d111 is strictly a 21-and-above platform. Registration, account access, and use of any gaming or betting service is prohibited for persons under the age of 21. d111 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and suspend accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one d111 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created to circumvent a restriction or claim a bonus multiple times, are a material breach of these Terms. d111 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.
All promotional offers at d111, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting credits, are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
d111 processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All financial transactions are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance checks. Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their d111 login credentials. d111 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their password or shared credentials with a third party. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately via live support.
d111 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire Agreement unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Use of the d111 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or accessing any d111 service, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. d111 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed immediately and all funds, including real money deposits, may be withheld pending regulatory review.
UNDERAGE GAMBLING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT d111. Any individual under 21 years of age who attempts to register or access d111 services is in direct violation of these Terms and applicable licensing conditions.
To create a d111 account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. d111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage.
d111 services are made available to players residing in jurisdictions where accessing international online gaming platforms is not legally prohibited at the individual user level. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing d111 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
Each individual may hold exactly one registered d111 account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under different mobile numbers, names, or device identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. d111 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances associated with them, including real money deposits, if fraud or abuse is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d111 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. d111 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
d111 may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification at any time. Verification may include submission of a government-issued Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of mobile number ownership, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
Players may close their d111 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active bonus wagering obligations. d111 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. d111 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published inactivity fee schedule, which will be communicated to the account holder by SMS to the registered mobile number prior to application. The total administrative fees deducted will not exceed the account balance.
d111 accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at d111's discretion. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the d111 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. d111 does not apply deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independent of d111.
Withdrawal requests from verified d111 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (matching source principle). Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1 to 3 business days. A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500 applies. Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts.
d111 applies a matching source policy for withdrawals: funds must be returned to the same payment method from which the deposit originated. This policy is a regulatory anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all accounts without exception.
d111 is obligated under its international gaming license to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. d111 may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Any account suspected of being used to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant regulatory authority. All deposits and withdrawals are logged and may be subject to review.
All bonuses, free spins, betting credits, and promotional offers issued by d111 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms stated at the point of the offer. By opting into any d111 promotion, you acknowledge and accept the specific terms governing that promotion in addition to these General Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement applies to all d111 bonuses before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered through qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and cricket betting markets contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms.
d111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting system errors. Determination of bonus abuse is at d111's sole and final discretion.
All bonuses at d111 have an expiry period. Unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonuses that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within 30 days of the credit date will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses and associated winnings cannot be reinstated.
All casino games, slot games, and live dealer games available on the d111 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented within the game interface, in addition to these General Terms. By launching and playing any game on d111, you confirm your acceptance of the specific game rules.
The d111 cricket sportsbook covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international test series, T20 internationals, and other cricket tournaments as listed on the betting markets page. Additional sports markets including UFC and other international sports events are available subject to d111's market availability decisions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d111 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
d111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among Pakistani players. Gambling at d111 is intended as entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and should never be considered a reliable income source or a means to address financial difficulty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d111 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the d111 platform or services, even if d111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
d111 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur. d111 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance via the platform and registered player mobile numbers where reasonably practicable.
The total aggregate liability of d111 to any player in connection with any single claim, event, or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
d111 platform games and betting markets involve financial risk. Past performance and historical winnings are not indicative of future results. Players should gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.
All content on the d111 platform, including but not limited to the d111 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of d111 or its licensed content providers. No part of the d111 platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of d111.
Third-party game content displayed on d111 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is made available to Pakistani players under licence. All rights in third-party game content are reserved by the original rights holders.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the d111 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your d111 account.
d111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Pakistani players via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or a notification on the d111 platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory or licensing authority instruction. Continued use of the d111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the d111 Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to a Player's account, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and d111 and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements relating to the subject matter.
